2025 Tickets & Prices

Access to the harbour and village, shops, café and art gallery is free between 01 October and 11 April. Tickets are not required during this period, unless you wish to visit the castle when it reopens. The castle reopens 16-19 February, then reopens 30 March-31 October. The gardens will reopen 20 April-29 August.

National Trust Members

During the winter when access to the island is free, you do not need proof of membership. If you are booking castle or garden tickets your National Trust membership type will be verified on arrival, so please book tickets according to the numbers in your party and bring your current, valid membership cards with you on the day. Overseas visitors with National Trust Touring Passes should book a National Trust ticket and present the touring pass upon arrival. Visitors who hold an International Trusts Organistation INTO card are also welcomed with free admission. St Michael’s Mount is exempt from any National Trust schemes, vouchers and promotions.

Locals’ Passes

We offer a Locals’ Pass for residents from local parishes to allow free access to the island during the main season and 1,000 Mount Memories Passes are awarded every year for those with a special connection to the island.
