Enjoy a festive treat at St Michael's Mount
Whether it’s a seasonal party with your work colleagues or a festive treat with family or friends, join us for a warm welcome and some tempting treats, set against the enchanting backdrop of St Michael’s Mount. All festive Afternoon Tea bookings include complimentary Summit Experiences.
Head Chef Marcus Houghton has crafted a festive menu using locally produced ingredients and flavours, some grown here on the island itself. Pair with a pot of Tregothnan tea or a glass of festive fizz.
Wander through the cobbled village, visit the Steward’s House art gallery and take time to explore the island’s shops, offering exclusive gifts from local artists and designers.

Savouries:
- Duck liver and orange pâté crostini, fig chutney, thyme
- Crab and chive tartlet, lemon gel
Sandwiches:
- Roast turkey breast, apricot stuffing, cranberry
- Smoked salmon, rocket, lemon and caper crème fraiche
- Davidstow Cheddar, spiced tomato chutney
- Cucumber and chive cream cheese
Sweets:
- Dark chocolate, hazelnut,
cherry tart
- Chocolate orange madeleine
- Mulled pear and almond financier
- Homemade scones, clotted cream, strawberry jam

First sitting @ 11.30am – last sitting @ 2.15pm
Monday 28th December:
First sitting @ 12.15pm – last sitting @ 3.00pm
Price: £45pp with tea, £57pp with fizz

Getting here
Access to the island during the winter is via the causeway only. Our times (including last slots) have allowed for the tides and give you plenty of time to relax and enjoy your experience.
Please note: As a tidal island we're weather dependent, so if the elements work against us we will cancel your booking, giving as much notice as possible.
Complimentary Summit Experiences
All festive Afternoon Tea bookings include complimentary Summit Experiences.
You are welcome to enjoy a Summit Experience at any point during the day of your booking while it is open. The booking time refers to your arrival time at the restaurant.
Terms & Conditions:
- Complimentary Summit Experiences only valid with festive Afternoon Tea bookings on 27 and 28 December.
- Complimentary Summit Experiences only valid on day of festive Afternoon Tea booking.
- On the day cancellations will be charged at £10pp.
- We reserve the right to withdraw complimentary Summit Experiences in the event of adverse weather or island closure. Complimentary Summit Experiences cannot be moved to a new date.
