Meet the Head Chef

Head Chef Greg Milne champions locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables, with an emphasis on seasonality.

From fish landed on the coast to foraged ingredients picked and gathered on St Michael’s Mount itself, every dish reflects a deep connection to the landscape and waters surrounding the island.

Local suppliers

At the Harbour Loft, our menu is shaped by what’s fresh, seasonal and close to home. We work with a trusted network of local suppliers, sourcing high-quality ingredients that reflect the best of west Cornwall’s land and sea.

A strong focus on sustainability underpins these relationships, helping to reduce food miles and support responsible production.
