Meet our Head Chef, Greg Milne
Greg has been cooking professionally for 14 years. Passionate about local, seasonal produce, fungi, wild herbs, seafood, French cuisine and patisserie, his love of food stems from foraging and scrumping the fields and forests around Aberfoyle, Scotland in his early years.
Foraging was a natural gateway into food culture and Greg worked at several notable AA Rosette and Michelin starred restaurants and gastropubs across the west country before settling down on the Mount to head up our food and drinks offer.
In a recent interview with Greg, Martin Hesp, food critic and journalist declared; āIs this the best afternoon tea in all the land? St Michaelās Mount afternoon tea is set to become one of the regionās must-do, bucket-list rituals.ā
