RNLI Around the Mount open water swim a great success
In near perfect weather conditions the first ever RNLI Around the Mount open water swim took place on Saturday morning, September 5, raising money towards the Penlee Lifeboat Station appeal.

Cornwall Fire & Rescue exercise on St Michael's Mount, Cornwall
With 30 islanders calling the village their home, the Mount is a living, breathing community. To ensure their safety & the safety of all our visitors, on Saturday 21 March we had a fire drill on the island coordinated between our island Health & Safety teams & Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service.
